Indirah Ambrose is a dynamic speaker, poet, coach, artist, healer, producer, designer, mother and author of Amazon's Best Selling "StarChild 000000088" and it's partnering Children's book "StarChild 47". "Food Maturity", her latest Book will be released later this year with it's educational course already live on www.maturityinc.com. As an author she brings a naturally poetic, cryptic and motivational tone to her message. She inspires her readers to join in on the expansion and the journey. As a visual artist, expressionist and coach she is psychologically confrontational, always pushing the envelope, delving into the deeper questions of "why" inviting observers to participate.

Food Maturity was developed by Indirah Ambrose through her lifelong nutritional exploration. Indirah adopted veganism at age 15 due to her spiritual beliefs about consuming animal products. She transitioned to including fish and fowl at age 20 (under a physician's guidance). At age 30, she returned to veganism, and at 35, she began incorporating chicken, eggs, and butter into her diet. Throughout her life, she has managed gastrointestinal issues from Crohn's disease and experienced gestational diabetes during her first pregnancy. Indirah's ethical commitment to veganism and her chronic medical conditions led her to extensively research nutrition for decades. She has studied and personally experienced various dietary approaches including Keto, Low Carb, Intermittent Fasting, Mediterranean, Alkaline, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets. She had the unique privilege of learning directly from Dr. Sebi, a renowned holistic practitioner, while they were neighbors in Miami. These diverse experiences have enabled her to develop not just a healthy approach to eating, but also a sustainable methodology for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As Indirah states, "You don't have to be perfect all the time, but you should know what it looks like for you and strive for it."

For nearly twenty years, Indirah has lived as a full-time artist, her life devoted to creation as service — painting, sound, word, and movement offered as living testimony. Yet even as a child, she was already listening to the call of Spirit, preparing to walk a path that would unfold far beyond her.
In 2020, during an artist residency in Amsterdam, she founded Maturity Inc, an academy, publication, and broadcast platform inspired by the principle of Sankofa: carrying wisdom forward so that future generations may walk a freer and more luminous path. This was not a beginning but an expansion — a vessel for knowledge to mature into mastery.
