That was told to Amelia at an early age, and it has been her modus operandi since that day. “You can never know enough about anything!” states Amelia. She believes that the most knowledgeable people are the ones who are great listeners who have both compassion and empathy for humanity in their hearts and souls. Yet in business, if it is not managed wisely, those very human attributes can also be a detriment. Balance of life is what she expounds on every time she gets a chance to talk. Her passion for life, with her ministry being women and child empowerment, Amelia never ceases to be the difference that makes a difference, which is her second mantra, and the very words that have molded her whole life. Amelia prides herself on being someone who can go from the Block to the Boardroom, understanding the importance of culture, game face, and positioning, all being tools she teaches in her masterclass, SheEO vs CEO. Communication is the tool Amelia uses for others to know her skill set and the fact that she is an asset to any team because she nurtures a new nature of corporate DNA in every company she runs, owns, or consults.

SheEO vs CEO challenges those norms and the woman’s role to be redefined and positioned by her and all the assets she possesses within. The course helps men understand some of the things they do that limit women unknowingly. It also helps both men and women understand their differences so that they can begin to work more effectively because they are clear on each other’s assets and similarities, so that they can build on a solid understanding of collaborative economics, hence fortifying the company’s corporate DNA, becoming more equitable.
