Throughout her life, she has managed gastrointestinal issues from Crohn's disease and experienced gestational diabetes during her first pregnancy. Indirah's ethical commitment to veganism and her chronic medical conditions led her to extensively research nutrition for decades. She has studied and personally experienced various dietary approaches including Keto, Low Carb, Intermittent Fasting, Mediterranean, Alkaline, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets. She had the unique privilege of learning directly from Dr. Sebi, a renowned holistic practitioner, while they were neighbors in Miami.
